       Features
       1、MT-Wthree-phase bridge package is similar to our MT three-phase bridge package, with 5 external pins, the pins are changed from terminals to leads, and 6 built-in chips. The current range includes 35A and 50A, and the voltage covers 600V-1600V. It has the characteristics of forward voltage reduction, small reverse leakage current, and strong surge ability.
        
2、Yangjie adopts the deep IDM model and has its own wafer design and manufacturing facility.
